Tips
This feature is useful for two party files such as a transfer. For example:
- You are acting on behalf of the purchaser (transferee) and have a file which contains the mortgage.
- The agent for the seller (transferor) changes ownership of the file that contains the transfer to you.
- You can merge the file with the mortgage with the file that has the transfer to make one file.
