You can have up to 160 files in your Workspace at any given time. Files automatically delete 120 days after the first item is purchased in the file.
- For example, if you open a file and order an item on day 1 and then add another item to that file on day 119, all of the items in that file will be deleted on day 120.
- An expiration warning will appear on the file starting 30 days before the expiry date.
eRegistration
- Files are automatically deleted no earlier than 7 calendar days after registration is completed and accepted.
- Files are automatically deleted no earlier than 60 calendar days after your documents have been rejected.
Plan Deposit Submission
Each deposit will remain in the workspace for a maximum of 5 years starting from the date the deposit was last modified.
- In this context modified means the date that the deposit was created if there are no comments or the date of the last comment in the memo.
- An expiration warning will appear on the file starting 1 year before the expiry date.
- There is no maximum to the number of deposits you can have in your workspace at one time.
