Viewing a plan in a file

Click any plan from the File List located on the left-side of the File Details of any file in Land Titles Online.

The plan summary includes three sections:

  1. The top-left side contains the plan overview including:
    • The Instrument Number.
    • The plan Version. This displays the date and time the plan was ordered and is current as of that moment.
    • The plan District.
    • The plan Type.
    • A summary of other details of the plan.

  2. To the left of the overview is any available downloads.
    • Click the TIF button under the Download header to view the TIF file of the plan (if you ordered a digital copy).

  3. Below is the Associated Titles tab.
    • This tab shows all Accepted, Entered, or Verified Titles affected by the plan by default.
    • Remove the Exclude Cancelled Titles filter to include Cancelled titles.

Tips

  • The list of items in your file sorts in descending order by the date ordered or updated, starting with the most recent.

  • Items in the list that haven’t been viewed appear bolded and become un-bolded once viewed by you or anyone sharing your file.

  • Orders in File Details are static, meaning the information doesn’t update automatically. You always see the details as they were at the time of the order.

    • There is no option to order an updated plan copy from the File Details. This is because the accepted plan doesn't change.

  • Click the Add to Cart checkbox beside any item on the Associated Titles tab to order associated items quickly.
