Follow these steps to search for unaccepted Builders' Liens in Land Titles Online.
- Select the file you want to work in from your Workspace.
- The file you select is the file the instrument will be stored after purchase.

- Select the Search and Order tab.
- If the file is empty, this tab is open by default.

- Choose the Instruments tab then select the Builders' Liens List sub-tab.
- Review the list and if you wish, click the Add to Cart checkbox beside any builders' lien instrument you want to order.
- You can order a Status of Instrument and/or a copy of the builders' lien document now. However, you will receive the copy of the document only after it is accepted.
Tips
- We update this list once per day at 3:05pm CST.
- You can view this list online at any time for free.
- To download a free PDF copy, click the Unaccepted Builders' Liens List PDF button at the top-right corner of the list.
- If no unaccepted builders' liens are available, a message appears on the screen to indicate this.
- You can also print this notice as a PDF.
