Use this search option in Land Titles Online to find a title number using individual name or business name.
- Teranet Manitoba approves access to this search method following the guidelines provided by the Registrar-General.
- For an individual, enter a Surname (mandatory) and a First Name (optional).

For a business, enter the Business Name.
- If a business name starts with the word 'the', don't include it in your search criteria.
- If a business name starts with the word 'the', don't include it in your search criteria.
- Middle names appear in the search results for personal names to help you narrow down your options.

Click on the desired name from the search results to view all associated active titles.
- If no titles appear after selecting a name, it may be because there are no active titles. Remove the Exclude Cancelled Titles filter and try again.
