Selection needed warning
- Review this warning located above to account number to determine how many items in your cart still require an action (order or delete).
- Complete all outstanding actions to remove this warning.
Digital copy not available warning
- If you see an clock icon beside a document or plan this means the item is not currently available.
- If you proceed to order one of these items, Teranet Manitoba employees scan the item and upload a copy to your file.
Order failure warning
- We'll notify you if any items in your cart fail the purchase process.
- Your failed items will return to your cart and are highlighted in red.
- Hover over the warning icon beside the failed item for details. Most failure warnings are temporary and may occur due to:
- Insufficient funds caused by multiple users checking out simultaneously.
- A network or data conversion error.
- The file expiring while you are checking out.
- A document changing to the In Error status during checkout process.
