Follow these steps to review your cart and pay for your order in Land Titles Online.
- Click the View Cart button located in the upper-right corner of Land Titles Online.
- You see all items that you've added to your cart but not paid for.
- Your items stay in your cart until you decide to purchase or remove them.
- Your shopping cart is sorted by file number.
- You see all items that you've added to your cart but not paid for.
- Select the checkbox for each item you want to order or select the garbage can icon beside an item in your cart to remove it.
- For Titles, select between Status of Title, Record of Title, or both.
- For Instruments, select between Status of Instrument, a digital copy of the document, a paper copy of a document, or all of the above.
- For Plans, select between digital or paper copies of plans, or both.
- For each item in your cart you need to choose an action (order or delete) before you can check out. View the warning message located above the account details for a reminder of outstanding actions.
- Click the Clear Cart button to empty your entire cart.
- Select the account to pay with from the Charge to Account dropdown list.
- Chose the Delivery Method for any of your paper copy orders.
- Read and agree to the Terms of Use.
- Click to Pay Now button to complete your order.
Title order options
Check off any combination of the following:
- Status of Title
- Displays all active title details including registered owner, land description, active instruments, address for service, originating instrument and title, etc.
- Your order includes both a PDF and XML version of the Status of Title.
- Record of Title
- Displays both active and inactive information, such as instruments that have been discharged or inactive addresses for service. However, it provides less detail about each instrument then the Status of Title.
- Your order includes both a PDF and XML version of the Record of Title.
Instrument order options
Check off any combination of the following:
- Status of Instrument
- Displays all active instrument details including instrument summary, titles affected, titles created, address for service, deficiency information, etc.
- Your order includes both a PDF and XML version of the Status of Instrument.
- Digital copy of a Document
- A PDF copy of the actual registered instrument.
- A PDF copy of the actual registered instrument.
- Paper copy of a Document
- Chose the Paper Copy dropdown to order one or more printed copies delivered by Teranet Manitoba.
- Select Rush for front of line service. Our goal is to complete rush orders within one business day.
- Chose a delivery option when you select a paper copy.
Plan order options
Check off any combination of the following:
- Digital copy of a Plan
- A PDF copy of the actual registered plan.
- A PDF copy of the actual registered plan.
- Paper copy of a Plan
- Chose the Paper Copy dropdown to order one or more printed copies delivered by Teranet Manitoba.
- Select Rush for front of line service. Our goal is to complete rush orders within one business day.
- Chose a delivery option when you select a paper copy.
- Your paper plan is printed in its original size.
