Use this box to indicate the type of mortgage to be field. There are four options to choose from:
- Mortgage
- Mortgage of mortgage
- Encumbrance
- Mortgage of encumbrance
If you select mortgage or encumbrance then no further information is required.
If you select mortgage of mortgage or mortgage of encumbrance then you must specify the mortgage(s) or encumbrance(s) that will be mortgaged.
