Use eRegistration to securely build a file that includes a two-party transfer using these steps.

  1. The transferor’s agent completes and locks the transferor’s portion of the eTransfer, prints, signs, and scans the signature pages.

  2. The transferor’s agent uploads the locked eTransfer and supporting documents, including the signed signature pages, to a file in eRegistration.

  3. The transferor’s agent changes ownership of the file to the transferee’s agent.

  4. The transferee’s agent downloads the partially completed eTransfer from the File Details page.

  5. The transferee’s agent completes and locks the transferee’s portion of the eTransfer, prints, signs, and scans the signature pages.

  6. The transferee’s agent uploads the completed, double-locked eTransfer to the same file, replacing the partially completed version while retaining the transferor’s supporting documents.

  7. The transferee’s agent uploads any additional related eForms, such as an eMortgage, along with the signature pages and supporting documents.

  8. The transferee's agent submit the file for registration, all without having to send sensitive documents outside of eRegistration.
