Submitting and paying for a deposit

Follow these steps to submit and pay your deposit in Plan Deposit Submission.

 

  1. Click the Submit button located in the top-right corner of the Deposit Details page of the deposit you want to submit.

  2. Select the deposit account you want to pay with from the Deposit Account dropdown list.

  3. (Optional) Use the checkbox to indicate if the deposit is a Monument Restoration sketch or a plan Perpetuating Monuments.
    • There is no examination fee for either of these options.

  4. Review the submission details including the examination fee.

  5. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.

  6. Click the Submit button to submit your deposit.
    • Your successful submission is confirmed with a printable confirmation notice in Plan Deposit Submission.
    • Your account administrator also receives a confirmation email.
    • At this point your deposit is assigned a deposit number.
