Yes, a person authorized under the Regulations pursuant to The Homesteads Act may witness the execution of the above documents, or administer an oath or affirmation in respect of the document, via videoconference provided that the document contains a statement or jurat consistent with the Regulations and is accompanied by a properly completed video witnessing certificate (Form 32).
