eRegistration is an online service used by property professionals to submit documents/instruments and/or plans for registration and acceptance. All lawyers and financial institutions are required to use the eRegistration. Casual and low-volume clients will be able to file paper-based forms. A copy of the Registrar-General Directive on the use of eRegistration is available on our website.
