Box 19: Implied covenants in transfer

In every transfer affecting land subject to a mortgage or an encumbrance, The Real Property Act implies certain covenants on behalf of by transferee.  These covenants can be negated.  Negating implied covenants can be done in Box 19 at the discretion of the transferee.  There are two options:
