Certain information and evidence can be provided either by the transferee or the transferor. Use this box to indicate which of that information will be provided by the transferor. You are able to select as many options as are applicable, including making no selection.
- For each option selected a box will expand further down the form for the transferor to provide the required information prior to the first of two locking steps.
- For each option left unselected a box will expand after the initial form lock for the transferee to complete.
