If freehold or leasehold title is selected then no further information is required.
If condominium title is selected then you will have to indicate whether the transfer is under an agreement for purchase and sale or not. Depending on your selection, more details may be required.
• If the transfer is the result of an agreement for purchase and sale the form will prompt you to provide the appropriate statutory declarations. It will also allow you to indicate that they are not required in this instance.
• If the transfer is not the result of an agreement for purchase and sale there is no prompt.
