The purpose of this box is to indicate the particulars of a solicitor and agent if a solicitor and agent is providing evidence. This may affect the details on the transferee signatures pages.
This box will need to be completed if:
- It was previously indicated in box 2 that the transferee will be providing fair market value and/or Farm Lands Ownership Act evidence. and
- A solicitor and agent is in fact providing this evidence on behalf of the transferees as indicated in box 15 and 16:
