Firm administrators can add and remove user access quickly in the maintenance portal. To Access the maintenance portal select the menu button from the top left of the Teranet Manitoba logo. Select Maintenance from the slide out menu. You must login into the maintenance portal to add and remove users to accounts. From the left hand side in the maintenance portal select firm users. from this space you will be able to add/remove users from you accounts.
Your firm Administrator must grant you access to the following:
- Plan Deposit Submission
- eRegistration
- PPR
- Deposit account
- Land Titles Online
