Authentication App (Mobile) Set Up

1. Log in to any of our online services. The multi-factor authentication setup screen appears.
   
   
2. When prompted, click Yes to enable MFA, then click Continue.
   
   
3. Select the Google Authenticator or Similar button.
   
   
4. Open your mobile authenticator and follow the app steps to scan the QR code.
   
   
5. Enter the one-time code displayed in the authenticator into the code field and click Continue.
   
   
6. A recovery code will be displayed—save this in a secure place. You’ll need this code in the future as a back-up authentication option.
   • Check the box to confirm you’ve saved the recovery code, then click Continue.
     
     
7. Your MFA setup is now complete!
