Specific documents - Discharges

Discharges can be corrected by way of a correction letter from any of:• The owner of the instrument affected by the discharge
• The agent who has signed the discharge where that agent is otherwise authorized to sign the discharge (for example they signed the original registration as agent)
• The lawyer for the owner of the instrument
• The registering lawyer.
