You will be contacted via email to mail the physical plans to our post office box once the series has been examined and is ready for acceptance. Do not mail the mylars to Teranet Manitoba until you have received this email.
This will reduce the amount of physical documents traveling between offices in the event your series is rejected, saving you mailing costs and time.
Include the Deposit Number on the Mailing Label
You must include the Deposit Number on the address label. This will allow Teranet Manitoba to track your physical mylars once they have arrived with minimal handling of the package.
Mail to our Post Office Box
Mylars must be sent to our postal office box in Winnipeg. This address is new and is different than our street address. You will be given the mailing address in the email requesting the mylars.
