As of May 15, 2022, clients can request a return of funds by emailing our Client Service Team at clientservice@teranet.ca. This improvement increases client service efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
To ensure that return of funds requests are processed promptly, client emails must:
- Be sent from the email address associated with the deposit account;
- Contain the deposit account number; and
- Request the refund of a specified amount (the minimum amount is $100).
- Please note that this change does not apply to requests for refunds of Land Transfer Tax, which shall continue to be made using a Request/Transmission Form (15.1).
