Why can’t I find a surveyor’s name in the drop down list while creating a new deposit?

Only surveyors who have applied for access will show up on the drop down list. This means that even if a surveyor in your office does not intend to submit deposits themselves, they need to be an authorized user so that people can submit deposits on behalf of their firm.
