If a new surveyor takes over a survey plan deposit, the original surveyor must, whenever possible, contact Teranet Manitoba and advise the Examiner of Surveys of the new surveyor's identity.
If the original surveyor is unavailable, the new surveyor can notify the Examiner of Surveys with an explanation. The new surveyor must fulfill all professional requirements to ensure they can attest to their supervision of the survey.

To add a new user to your account, we will require the new user(s) be indicated on a Client Application Form. You can submit the completed form to our office via email.
Please ensure the application is signed by the Firm Administrator in wet ink.
Once you have submitted the completed application form, you will be provided with the new user’s information within 1-2 business days.
