Can I add a schedule to a smart form?

Schedules aren’t required or supported by our smart forms. The fields expand to accommodate large amounts of information.

Note: Evidence such as death and marriage certificates, grants of probate, and powers of attorney are still required when appropriate. This evidence can be uploaded electronically using eRegistration, in the same manner as the signature pages.
